Refund & Return Policy

At Anugami, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy offers you the flexibility to return products under specific conditions. Return Eligibility

 

Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

 

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks and innerwear i.e boxers, briefs, trunks. Anugami may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

Some sellers on Anugami may have refund and exchange policies that differ from our general policy. Return Process

Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at customercare@anugami.com or visit our returns portal at https://anugami.com/home/contact-us

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Prepare Your Package:

Securely pack the items in their original packaging.

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Shipping the Return:

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the address provided by our customer service team. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

 

Refunds

 

Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

Inspection: Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team to facilitate the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.
